Shepherd's Pie

Happy St. Patrick's Day! We had friends over for dinner to celebrate the holiday and I decided to make Shepherd's Pie, also known as Cottage Pie. I used ground beef instead of lamb because it's more kid friendly. This dish was extremely easy to make and tasted really delicious. All of us liked it, even the kids.
